Numa das casas habitaram um funcionário que escreverá poesia e prosa , a sua obra perdeu-se á sua morte , no entanto nessa mesma casa recriou-se o interior da época e convidara-se escritores contemporanios para usufruir do espaço e em simultanio dar a conhecer a todos os que nos visitam a literatura portuguesa .
